Access to food is a human right
Feeding Champlain Valley works to alleviate hunger by feeding people & cultivating opportunities. Our services include education and training, grocery distribution, meal production, food rescue, deliveries to homes and food access sites, an online market, food kiosks, and a food truck.
We are a proud program of the Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO), a non-profit serving Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties.

Paul, a volunteer at our Burlington Food Shelf, recently donated 150 gloves to the Community Resource Center, another CVOEO program housed within our Food Access Center. The Community Resource Center provides supplies to community members such as winter clothing, hygiene products, and hot meals and drinks at our Burlington location.
We would like to thank Paul and R.U Outside Apparel for their generous contributions over the holiday season.

As we get ready to ring in the new year, we would like to take a moment to thank our volunteers, donors, partners, and community members for supporting our efforts to feed vulnerable Vermonters in 2024.
This has been an extraordinary year, as Feeding Chittenden turned 50 years old AND rebranded to become Feeding Champlain Valley! We extended our services to include gleaning, farm to school, and food and farm business support through Healthy Roots Collaborative, while expanding our programs to include NorthWest Family Foods, the Addison Food Hub and Food Shelf, and the Richford Food Shelf.
This growth, along with strengthening and developing partnerships with schools, clinicians, businesses, and other social service agencies, will help Feeding Champlain Valley expand food access in Addison, Chittenden, Franklin, and Grand Isle Counties for many years to come - and we couldn’t do it without you!
